Shipping Information

Hardware & Accessories: Are processed within approximately 2 weeks from when the order is paid. Shipping generally takes an additional 1-3 business days.

Online Portal: If applicable, the license will be delivered electronically on shipping of hardware.

International Orders: Duties and Taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer to resolve with their country's Customs Office. Please note any and all shipping costs calculated in the order include shipping and freight only. Some countries will charge duties and taxes on your purchase. These fees vary from country to country. As such, any duties and taxes, are the sole responsibility of the buyer to resolve with their country's Customs Office. If you choose to abandon your shipment and/or fail to pay any duties and/or taxes assessed, you are not entitled to a refund or replacement and any reshipment fees incurred will be at your expense. Additional Shipping fees may be applicable.

Cancellations: Can only be processed if your order has not yet been sent to our workshop for fulfillment.

Refund Policy

This Refund Policy contains terms and conditions between CBiS Education ("We" or "CBiS") and you regarding your purchase of any of our products ("Product"). Please note that CBiS does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the Online Resource Portal, which is sold as an electronic License. The Robotic kits may be returned for a refund or exchange, within 30 days from date of purchase, less restocking fees of 25%. Shipping and Handling fees of the kits are at the expense and responsibility of the purchaser and will not be refunded. CBiS must be contacted prior to shipping of the returned headset to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number via Email: support@cbinfosystems.com or Phone Call 08448700912.

The Robotics Kits may be returned for a full refund or exchange, within 30 days from date of purchase, if the product is received Dead on Arrival. A CBiS product is considered DOA if it shows symptoms of a hardware failure, preventing basic operability, when you first use it after opening the box. If you believe that your product is DOA, please contact us via Email: support@cbinfosystems.com or Phone Call 08448700912 within 30 calendar days of the invoice date. CBiS Technical Support will determine whether the product is DOA and offer you the following options: Replacement: CBiS, at its expense, will ship another of the same product. CBiS will arrange for replacement and the DOA product's return. Service: You may have the product repaired. However, once you choose that option, you may not request replacement of the product. If CBiS determines that you have misrepresented a returned product's condition and that the product is not DOA, CBiS may, at its sole discretion, impose a £300 handling fee.
